I have been physically active and curious since childhood. Throughout my life, I have always focused on living a healthy lifestyle, paying special attention to nutrition, fitness, hiking, and yoga. My greatest refuge is in nature and a cozy candlelit incense infused yoga room. 



Through my personal practice, I have discovered how yoga can be a means to connect to body, mind and soul. It quickly became my life’s passion to share the gift of yoga through teaching, inviting others to embrace their strengths, appreciate the joys of letting go, find balance, and connect to their authentic selves through yoga. 

My education includes a BSc, specializing in Anatomy & Physiology (Brandon University), 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (Dillon Cherrett, Source Yoga Winnipeg), and Master Reiki Certification . To deepen my learning and continue my healing journey I have taken a variety of workshops, courses and training's including: Study of The Yoga Sutras, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness for Self - Compassion, Yoga for All sizes, Yin yoga meridian series workshops, Myofascia Release techniques through self massage, body rolling and Yin Yoga. 

Whether the class I am leading is physically challenging and active or calming and soothing, my intentions are always the same.  My hopes are through lightheartedness and compassion we can leave each class feeling more confident and at peace with who we are.
